So, it "might" be possible if the chat with Sable happens before the date of the 9th august 2057. If you go after this then the Dunkelzahn assassination happens on the 9th august 2057. That happens after the chat with Lofwyr in his human form. That however is the crux, cause the death of Dunkelzahn is mentioned at the ending screen of Dragonfall - the assassination of Dunkelzahn. Sable mentions that "Dunkelzahn has great stuff" (=data), but as you know this all happens after the events of SRHK which happens after or at least almost parallel to the events of Dragonfall.
So, the incidents of Caldecott Caper happen lesser than one year after SRHK (totally like it - especially the fracking-part^^). In case of Caldecott Caper: at some point in that storyline it mentions the upcoming event of DeckCon 2057 (the doc mentions slapping together a game demo for DeckCon 2057).
